We’ve designed your Crutch Remedy® product to provide you with the greatest comfort and functionality possible. If any of our products don’t exceed your expectations within the 30 days after shipping, let us know so we can make things right. We will do our best to find a remedy to your problem, and if we don’t, we will refund your purchase price (less shipping and handling), guaranteed.

30 Day Merchandise Return Policy
Every effort has been made to make sure you are completely happy with your Crutch Remedy® products. If for any reason you need to return your items, please be aware you need to do so within 30 days of your purchase. Have your order number available and contact our customer service department toll-free at (888)Why-Remedy – (888) 949-7363 or via email at sales@remedymobility.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions. Important: All products must be in unused and undamaged condition.

This may cause slight variations in the color and patterns shown on the website and the actual fleece fabric. Colors may also vary due to your computer monitor.
